Job Description

We are now looking for dedicated Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTE) who believe in the agile methodology.

In the Project Management section within the Connected Products unit, you will work on product development of high-tech and intelligent products for the sustainable world of the future. As a Scrum Master/RTE at AFRY, you will be part of a fantastic and highly competent group of colleagues who work together to create innovative and sustainable solutions with our clients. We work broadly with customers in many different industries, from banks and mobility to the leading product companies in the region.

As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring that the team follows the agile process, organizing and leading planning sessions, sprint reviews, and everything involved in Scrum to deliver a better product with each sprint. You are also responsible for coaching the organization in Scrum/agile processes.

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are responsible for facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) according to the SAFe framework, organizing and leading planning sessions (PI planning), reviews, and everything involved in leading an ART. You are also responsible for coaching Scrum Masters and team leaders in the agile process.

Qualifications

Your Background

• You have several years of experience from a similar role or have worked in agile teams for several years and want to step up to Scrum Master/RTE.
• You have at least a couple of years of experience in product development SW or HW (not from IT management/operations).
• You have relevant education in the field (MSc, BSc, or similar).
• Since we work with many international clients, you must communicate fluently both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. For this position, you also need to be residing in Sweden.
• You are used to organizing/leading meetings and other activities and supporting your team.
• Furthermore, you have experience in requirements and needs management and are used to compiling these into concrete and realistic goals.

Desirable Aspects

• Certified ScrumMaster and/or certified SAFe RTE or Agilist.
